Just a quick update with some recent senior portrait shoots. Senior season is in HIGH GEAR and I am out shooting sessions almost every day. September is full, but I do have some openings left in October.
First up Shelby. I photographed Shelby’s sister Kady 2 years ago when Shelby was a little tenth grader following us around. So great to get to know Shelby and see what a beautiful young lady she has become. LOVE, love, love the sun here. I will call 2013 the year I finally mastered sun flare.
Yes, I do photograph boys! Will the the younger sibling of previous senior portrait seniors Luke and Lainy. He wanted something “different” so we did a twilight shoot in Pittsburgh.
Angela! Wow her eyes were amazing and this girl knew how to pose. Loved her hair, her clothing. Loved everything about her shoot!
Hannah wanted studio, urban, and natural settings. I love sessions with tons of variety. She texted me pictures of her clothing selections ahead of time, and I knew the vintage suitcases would work great with her chevron dress. I am planning on purchasing this image as a HUGE canvas and hanging it in the studio.
Brittany is majorly talented. We photographed her with two different instruments, and her in ballet clothes. Love these dreamy, amazing, Disney-esque shots.
So I don’t really ride (well a little), but I am a huge horse lover. I have dying to photograph a senior with a horse. This image is pure serendipity for me. Beautiful girl. Perfect dress. Gorgeous horse. And amazing light. It makes my heart happy.
Another boy! Had to get up early for this one but I loved working with Ryan and visiting with his mom who I met last year when I photographed her older son, Cole.
Ok, I will sneak in a couple of non-seniors. Kelsey was one of my seniors 4 years ago and we got together over the summer to photograph her before law school. You can plan on seeing this one enlarged and in my senior as well.
And finally, Megan, my beautiful niece came to visit me for the entire month of July before she moved to Florida. Of course, I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to have her model for me.
