Policies: Please read carefully and then fill out the session agreement at the bottom

A deposit of $250.00 required at the time of booking in order to reserve your session date. The remainder of the package purchase is due on the day of the session.

No other photographers are permitted to take photos during the session (this includes cell phone cameras).

During the session, parents are asked to refrain from criticizing their child (their smile, their poses, etc.) as that only serves to make the senior more inhibited and less relaxed.  Requests and suggestions are always welcome but  should be made before shooting begins.

The photographer will determine the number of proofs provided and reserves all artistic control to discard images that do not meet her standards.

Proofs will ready for viewing  7-14 days after the session. The client may select which dates they wish to view their proofs and will then be sent a link and password to the gallery via email. The gallery will remain online for 7 days after which it will expire.

Prices within the gallery will match the prices in affect at the time the session was booked. Booking prices are valid for 30 days after your gallery goes online. Any order not paid in full before the 30 day deadline will be subject to current pricing.

All print orders must be pre-paid. Orders may be paid via check, credit card, or Paypal. Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive after payment has been received.

All sales are subject to 6% Pennsylvania state sales tax.

Due to the custom nature of portraits, refunds are not available.

All participants will be asked to sign a model release.

All photographs, in all forms of media (print, digital file, slideshow, etc.), are property of Bonnie Burman and Bonnie Burman Photography© and are protected under U.S. Copyright laws. Duplication of any kind (for example, scanning at home or at any retail establishment, photocopying, or photographing), is prohibited without a signed release from the photographer.
