Sara and Dan-Wedding

The wedding took place in May in New Mexico, but the flower girl was very sick at the time. I was privileged to shoot a mini “after wedding session” here in Pennsylvania so the bride and groom could have some pictures with their niece and her mom. The location (family home out in the countryside) was so beautiful I could have stayed for hours.

I photographed the sweetest 4 week old this week. He was super alert and strong for his age. I think he wanted to sleep but he was too interested in what was going on (who can blame him?).

At the very end, he took a nap in his momma’s arms.

This little guy was full of expressions. He could go from this. . .

. . .to this in a heartbeat.

Big brother loved showing me his trains (and he knows all the names and what they do too!)

On another note, I am completely booked for July and August. I have a few openings in September. All October weekends are full, but there are a couple of week days left. If you want portraits for Christmas, I suggest calling ASAP. The deadline for all Christmas sessions is November 1.
This is my busy season and I find less time for posting. I promise more session showcases next week. In the meantime, I wanted to share that earlier this week I did a commercial shoot for Ecoike, a company that sells environmentally friendly t-shirts for children and babies (please note, none of the images currently on the site are my images). The shirts are so stinkin’ cute. You MUST check them out. Three new shirts, the ones I photographed, will be added to the product line very soon. Here’s a sneak peek.

Moms and Brides should check out Lucy’s Pocket, owned by one of my clients. She offers a beautiful selection of custom embroidered diaper covers, bibs, linens and more, right here in the Pittsburgh area.
Have a safe and Happy 4th of July. I’m taking the weekend off to spend time with my family. I’ll be back at my desk on Monday.
